Ticketing & Attendance Guidelines

Capacity

Attendance is strictly limited to 350 guests. Once capacity is reached, tickets will only become available if cancellations occur. We strongly encourage registering early to avoid being placed on the event waitlist.

Ticketing

  • Tickets will not be sold on-site

  • An event badge is required and will be checked for entry at all Summit programming & events

Eligibility

  • This event is exclusive to Compass agents

  • Any licensed Compass agent is welcome to attend, including those from other regions

  • Feel free to share with your Compass peers across markets!

Guest Policy

Due to limited capacity, spouses, guests, and non-agent attendees are not permitted to attend any Summit events

Refund & Transfer Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If the event reaches capacity and a waitlist has been established, refunds will be issued only if and when tickets are successfully reassigned, and processed in the order cancellations are received.

  • Ticket holders may transfer their ticket to another Compass agent.

  • All ticket transfers must be communicated to the Events Team in advance so attendee records and name badges can be updated.

Other FAQ’s

  • Make sure to make your dinner reservations for Wednesday & Thursday Night. There are a handful of restaurants in the Olympic Village area. Everline will provide complimentary shuttles to and from the Village.

  • We suggest planning to arrive on Wednesday afternoon. 9/9 to enjoy the Truckee events and evening check in reception.

  • Plan to head out Friday afternoon. There are minimal rooms available in our room block for Friday if you would like to extend your stay.

  • The closest airport is Reno International Airport. Roughly 48 Miles | 55 Mins from Everline Resort.

  • Uber & Lyft is available but limited in the area. We suggest renting a vehicle or carpooling if flying into Reno.

  • Attendee list (names and locations) will be posted to the website in July.
